The collection contains meeting minutes, agendas, member lists, financial records, a constitution, and other organizational records of the Northwest Arkansas Schoolmasters Club and of its predecessor, the Washington County Schoolmasters' Club.

The collection contains organizational records of the Washington County Education Association, including meeting minutes, by-laws, financial records, and newspaper clippings. Also included are some documents related to the Washington County Teachers Association, a related organization.

The collection consists of six ledgers containing minutes, attendance lists, and other records of the Washington County Teachers Institute from 1909-1920. Also included are photocopies of earlier Institute records that are held by the Washington County Archives.
