Fannie Hardy Papers
The papers consist of personal correspondence of Fannie and her sister, Era Hardy; national and Arkansas state records of the Business and Professional Women's Clubs; papers pertaining to the career of Sarah Frances (Fannie) Hardy; and some papers of the Hardy family. Also included are papers concerning the military career of Era Hardy, much of which concerns service during World War II. The collection has been reproduced on microfilm.
Hiroshima University Tiles
Collection consists of six roof tile samples collected from a river bed near Hiroshima University and corresponding documentation. Warning: The collection contains photocopies of photographs and descriptions of a graphic nature depicting the aftermath of August 6, 1945.
Richard L. Holt, Sr. Papers
The collection is comprised primarily of WWII-era correspondence from Richard L. Holt, Sr. to his wife and family. At the time, Mr. Holt was deployed in North Africa and Italy, and his wife and children were living in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Other items in the collection include a comic strip, a magazine clipping, and an event program. Correspondence is between Richard and his wife, unless stated otherwise.

The collection primarily consists of letters from Percy Lafayette Morris, Jr., to his mother and stepfather, then living in Winchester, Arkansas, while Morris was serving during World War II. Also included is Morris' sugar ration booklet, and a family quilt honoring those who served in the U.S. military.
Jefferson Forrest Mullins Collection
Copies of letters and photographs collected by Jefferson Forrest Mullins of Wilson, Arkansas, were donated to the University of Arkansas Libraries by his daughter, Carolyn Moffitt, of Memphis. The letters were written to Mullins in 1946 and 1948 by two German prisoners of war who had been incarcerated at Wilson, Arkansas, during World War II.

Many Proft family members lived in Mena, Arkansas and Polk County; the collection particularly includes materials related to Mena's Trinity Lutheran Church. Materials include scrapbooks, correspondence, photographs, vital records, memoirs, and genealogical research. Much of the genealogical research was compiled by Helena Beers Buechner.
