Paul Epps Indenture
The collection consists of a 17th-century sheepskin indenture documenting the lease of land in Kent, England from Canterbury Cathedral to farmer Paul Epps, as well as a draft of a partial transcription of the indenture that was created by Ann Vizier in 1968.

Jewel Minnis Papers
The collection consists of the papers of Arkansas philanthropist and University of Arkansas alumna Jewel Minnis and the Minnis family. The bulk of the materials are financial, legal, and property records, including 19th-century Arkansas deeds. The last series of the collection consists of a biography of Jewel Minnis by Bill Sayger, as well as photographs and research materials he compiled for the project.

Harmon Wart Bounty Land Warrant
Military bounty land warrant number 23448, awarded to Harmon Wart for his service during the War of 1812. The warrant was for "160 acres being the north east quarter of section 18, township 6 north, range 9 west" in Arkansas Territory.
