The collection contains the personal and professional papers of Ray L. Brogley, Sr., primarily related to his involvement with the Veterans of World War I in the U.S.A. and and to his work as an engineer with the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District.

Materials include correspondence, convention materials, meeting minutes, photographs, newspaper clippings, publications, and employment records.

Item 1) Copy of 14-page typewritten script, "All along the Arkansas: The McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System," produced in 1978 by U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District, for sound motion picture film. Item 2) 16 mm. color film, of 25 minutes duration, filmed for producer, in 1979, by ENT/Gates Films, Inc. of Buffalo, N. Y.
