Irene Bird Scrapbook
Brough Family Photographs
This collection contains framed and unframed photographs of the Brough family, including Charles Milton Brough, Cora Stevens, Ruth Brough, and Charles Hillman Brough. Item titles reflect the inscription written on the back of each photograph.
Coulter W. Jones Materials
The collection consists of a letter from a University of Arkansas professor to Jones and two photographs of campus.
Troy H. Poe Collection
The collection includes photographs of the University, Fayetteville, and surrounding areas, including two programs (1905 and 1908) with photographs on the covers and an album (1910) containing fifteen snapshots of a trip made by engineering students to War Eagle. The photographs had been in the donor's family for years; most are unidentified. An uncle of the donor was an engineering student at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.
John Ardis Tyson Photographs
This collection consists of scans of photographs that depict Tyson and fellow University of Arkansas students on campus, at the Confederate Cemetary, and a First Baptist Church in Fayetteville. Also included is a unique photo of a dining room in the basement of Hill Hall where Tyson worked as a waiter.
Maximilian Ware Collection
Photograph album and artifacts; the album documents his student life, year by year, with photographs and other images, documents including his certificates of rank and promotion in the Student Army Training Corps. The collection also includes his diploma, a cane whose silver band bears an inscription "MXW 1923, U of A, BEE." and a hammered nickel silver flask, about 1 pint capacity.
