Arrangement of the Papers

Materials are arranged by topic and, when applicable, by the professional organization to which they pertain. The Arkansas Sections Power Group of the IEEE was upgraded to Society status in 1970 as the Power Engineering Society Chapter, so records of the Power Group, Power Society, and Power Engineering Society Chapter were all created by iterations of the same group.
