Lacy, as well as accompanying document with Circuit Court clerk’s certification of the deed, 1870; deed documenting sale of property in Washington County, Ark. from Richard H. Bean and Mary L. Bean to Mark Bean, 1857, with an addendum dated 1862 by Mark and Nancy Bean bequeathing the property to John M. Lacy and Eliza P. Lacy, as well as accompanying document with Circuit Court clerk’s certification of the deed, 1870.

Biographical / Historical
Richard Henderson (R. H.) Bean (1837-1916) was a Washington County, Arkansas-based lawyer and a Confederate veteran.
Bean was born December 16, 1837 to Mark and Nancy J. Parks Bean, in Cane Hill, Arkansas. He married Mary Louise Lacy on June 6, 1866. His sister, Eliza Parks Bean Lacy, was married to John M. Lacy.
