This series contains correspondence between Farlow Burt and Allie Berglund during World War I, as well as correspondence from other relatives. This series also contains correspondence from the U. S. Army and the Civilian Conservation Corps, Burt's childhood and World War I memorabilia, and a collection of photographs. World War I memorabilia includes artifacts, clippings, and other printed material from the World War I era, as well as a collection of World War I-era postcards that Burt collected. Folders 1-9 in box 8 contain correspondence to Allie Berglund from Farlow Burt. Folders 10-18 contain correspondence to Farlow Burt from Allie Berglund. Box 9 contains correspondence from other relatives and friends, as well as a collection of correspondence from insurance companies that primarily pertains to Dalmar Berglund.
