The collection contains the organizational records of the Ozark Food Processors Association (OFPA). Materials include meeting minutes, convention programs and proceedings, correspondence, newsletters, articles of incorporation and by-laws, newspaper clippings, and photographs. While the bulk of the collection materials are directly related to the OFPA, some documents are related to other canning industry organizations and to specific canning businesses within the Ozarks.

Content Description This collection consists mostly of materials created or collected by Food Science professor and viticulturist Justin Morris pertaining to research of various fruits and patents for mechanized harvesting machines he invented, including films of the strawberry and blackberry harvester.
