Scope and Contents The collection consists of materials related to Troy Dale Campbell and his service in the U. S. Navy during World War II, including correspondence, journal entries, photographs, and military records. Correspondence is primarily from Campbell to his parents (William Robert and Laura Campbell of Conway, Ark.), and to his brother, Robert Campbell (also of Conway, Ark.); in most cases, the original correspondence is accompanied by edited typescripts created by the donor or donor’s family.
