The folio volume was compiled under the auspices of the Marion Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, Fayetteville, Arkansas. It is bound in red leather with marbled edges and gilt lettering on the front: "Lest We Forget" and on the spine: "Memorial Record, 1917-1918, Washington County, Patterson [printer], Fayetteville."
