Draft by-laws of The Students's Exchange, Inc., an organization that incorporated in 1947 in order to sell or trade groceries and other goods primarily to University of Arkansas students, faculty, and staff. The organization's store was located on North Garland Avenue in Fayetteville, and was open at least through August 1948.
