Materials include correspondence, memoranda, reports, lists, speeches, minutes of meetings, sound recording's and transcripts of proceedings, pamphlets, newspaper clippings, legislative bills, resolutions and acts, and other published and unpublished materials created, received, or assembled by members and staff of the convention in the course of its work.

Scope and Content Note Covering seven series, the Robert A. Leflar Papers consists primarily of correspondence, reports, meeting notes, and drafts of legislation, with a heavy focus on Arkansas's constitutional conventions in 1969 and 1979-1980 and Leflar's career as a legal scholar. Additionally the papers include the cassette tape recordings of an oral history project featuring Leflar.
