The collection consists of organizational records of Fayetteville, Arkansas’ University Heights Neighborhood Association, including board meeting minutes, treasurer’s reports and financial records, member lists, newsletters, and materials regarding issues of interest to residents, particularly zoning, parking, and traffic concerns.

The collection includes correspondence, flyers, meeting minutes, and other materials related to the VA Hill Neighborhood Association and to the Fayetteville Neighborhood Program. Also included are some materials related to other Fayetteville neighborhood associations, likely collected by the VA Hill Neighborhood Association as examples.
