The Farkleberry subseries contains caricatures, cartoons, menus, and satirical newspaper clippings that were produced by and with George Fisher under the "Farkleberry" brand. The Farkleberry plant had been associated with Arkansas politics since Fisher made the plant synonymous with Arkansas Governor Orval Faubus, and Fisher chose to use it to name a Little Rock restaurant that featured his caricatures in the decoration.

The George Fisher series primarily consists of materials related to and from George Fisher, the long time political cartoonist for the Arkansas Gazette. Of particular note is memorabilia from Fisher's annual 4th of July party, materials from the biannual Farkleberry Follies stage shows, and the Farklebinder caricatures of famous figures in Arkansas' political and journalism circles. Folder titles were retained from the collection as accessioned.
