Finger's literary works, and royalties from the opus of Charles J. Finger. Significant correspondents include Katherine Murdoch Davis, Charles J. Finger (referred to in the correspondence as "Dad"), Lewis Gannett, Rosa Zagnoni Marinoni, Charlie May Simon Fletcher, and Wilbur Stone (see Finger-Stone correspondence, MC 449).

Charles J. Finger Letter, ca 1940s
The letter is written in ink on two sides of a sheet of Bellows-Reeve stationery. The only date is Nov 3. In it CJF describes an affair he attended in Washington honoring authors of juvenile books. Wilbur Stone was a friend of Finger's who had a collection of early writing for juveniles.
