Scope and Content Note Covering seven series, the Robert A. Leflar Papers consists primarily of correspondence, reports, meeting notes, and drafts of legislation, with a heavy focus on Arkansas's constitutional conventions in 1969 and 1979-1980 and Leflar's career as a legal scholar.
