World War I Collected Material

Scope and Content Note Contains 15 folders of World War I posters, booklets, leaflets, postcards, military induction forms, and periodicals. The material particularly concerns the U. S. Treasury Department's campaign to promote the sale of Government Savings Bonds and Thrift Stamps.

Although Yager wrote home just prior to the Camden Expedition undertaken by Union troops from Little Rock (Pulaski County), his letters do not describe any encounters with the enemy in detail.
