The collection consists of materials relating to the history of the property and to its residents, primarily George J. Rodgers, his daughter Lois Rodgers Vancleave, and her husband Cary (C. S.) Vancleave. Materials include photographic prints and negatives, correspondence, photocopies of property records and other documents.

Biographical Note
The house at 112 Fletcher Avenue, in Fayetteville, Arkansas' Harrison's Addition, was built circa 1894, with E. G. Philbeck as the original homeowner. George J. Rodgers purchased the home in 1908, with it passing to his daughter, Lois Rodgers Vancleave, in 1952. It was substantially renovated under the ownership of siblings Martin and Eva Kulterman from 1993-2001, and has most recently been owned by Tom and LaDawna Whiteside.

Arrangement of the Papers
Materials are arranged by format and topic. Box 1, Folders 12-20 consist of materials removed from an album for preservation reasons; materials have been left in their original order, but foldered by format.
Acquisition Information
The 112 Fletcher Avenue Materials were transferred to the Special Collections Department by Andrew Garner on behalf of Nina Shirkey of Fayetteville, Arkansas on August 15, 2017. Materials were given to Shirkey by a resident of 112 Fletcher.
