Biographical Note

The Child Study Group began on November 16th, 1938, in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and continues to have an active membership. The organization was formed to provide parents with an outlet to discuss and share resources about parenthood and child development.

The Child Study Group Records were donated to the Special Collections Department by Lora Walsh of Fayetteville, Arkansas, on behalf of the Child Study Group on June 20, 2016.
