Biographical Note
James A. Stall was born in 1821. He served as clerk for Montgomery County, Arkansas from 1860 until his death in 1863. He was married to Louisa Cauthorn. The couple had at least two children, a son, James A. Stall, Jr. and a daughter Helen.
