The collection primarily consists of loose ledger pages, circa 1889-1899, that include meeting minutes, committee reports, and membership lists of the Order of the Eastern Star, Illinois Chapter No. 103 (Robinson, Ark.).

Also included is a historical overview of the Robinson, Ark. community and Order of the Eastern Star, Illinois Chapter and/or community members including Daniel Lanning Bruner, Penelope Jane Bruner, John Newton McCoy, John and Caroline Crabtree, Sarah (Sallie) Wilson, Georgia Ann Wilson, Mary Yell, and Ellen Yell.

Biographical / Historical

The Order of the Eastern Star is a Masonic appendant body that was founded in 1850 and is open to male and female members. Illinois Chapter No. 103 was based in Robinson, Benton County, Arkansas, and was active from at least 1889-1899.
