These include maps of areas in Fayetteville, Springdale, Winslow, and Siloam Springs; a complete map of Fayetteville; and plans related to the Fayetteville Municipal Airport.

Biographical / Historical

William Carl (W. C.) Smith (1900-1973) served as Fayetteville, Arkansas' city engineer in the 1940s and 1950s; he also worked as a water superintendent. Smith was a 1922 graduate of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and a veteran of World War II.
