Biographical / Historical
Lt. Col. James A. Dutcher, Jr. graduated from Western State College at Gunnison. After returning from Vietnam, Dutcher was assigned as assistant professor of military science at the University of Arkansas. He served at the University of Arkansas from August 1968-June 1970.
