The collection consists of 63 labor agreements between local unions and businesses in Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. The bulk of the agreements are between the Amalgamated Meat Cutters and Butcher Workmen of North America Local 425 (Fayetteville, Ark.) and Arkansas-based plants.
