Biographical / Historical
Clarice Anderson Blass (1937-2020) was selected as the 1955 Rose Festival Queen at Little Rock's Rose Festival. She was a graduate of North Little Rock High School and attended the University of Arkansas; in 1960, she married Julian Gus Blass.
