Items 1-27 of the collection were donated to the University of Arkansas Libraries by Mabel Hon Woods of Fort Smith, Arkansas, circa April 13, 1954. Item 28 was donated by Mrs. W. N. Ayers of Fort Smith, Arkansas in 1955.
