Letter, written on the verso of a printed handbill captioned "Arkansas Chautaqua 1886," from Parker to unidentified correspondent, July 13, 1886, pertaining to the writer's work as a commercial photographer in and around Siloam Springs, Arkansas, together with unused illustrated postal card bearing a penned notation identifying the photographic illustration thereon as "Pontoon bridge between Siloam & Neosha, on senic [sic] road."
A handbill relates to the Rev. T. B. Ford, the Rev. N. J. Crawford, Prof. A. C. Miller, and other regional figures.
