Biographical Note

William A. Oldfied was a lawyer, prosecuting attorney (1902-1906), and United States Representative from the Second Congressional District (1909-1928). Oldfield was born in Franklin, Arkansas on February 4, 1874 and passed away in Washington, D. C. on November 19, 1928.
