Biographical Note
Francis Marion Ward was born in 1837 in Franklin County, Tennessee to William and Letha Leah Ward. He served as Captain of the 1st Arkansas Cavalry in the American Civil War. He passed away in Sebastian County, Arkansas on February 12, 1900 aged 62.
