Biographical Note
The Sesame Club of Fordyce is a women's social and service organization affiliated with the Arkansas Federation of Women's Clubs. The group has been involved in numerous community improvement projects in Fordyce since its founding in 1917.

Minutes, correspondence, scrapbooks, and other records created or collected by the Sesame Club of Fordyce, Arkansas were loaned to Special Collections for microfilming by Vivian O. Whitley, Thornton, Arkansas, on August 5, 1992.
Processing Information
Processed by Kim Allen Scott, Special Collections Division, University of Arkansas Libraries, Fayetteville, Arkansas, in February 1993. Oversize Folder 1 was incorporated into the collection by Katrina Windon in September 2022.
