Scope and Contents
This series contains booklets by other authors owned by Call, information on the Ozark Writers and Artists Guild, and pamphlets concerning areas in the Ozarks. The scrapbook belonged to Carol Elmore of Eureka Springs, whose lyceum name was Thomas Elmore Lucy. Elmore, who billed himself as a poet, actor, and humorist, collected reviews, broadsides, correspondence, and receipts regarding his performances and travel in the United States and Latin America. Call and Elmore operated a manuscript and clipping service in Eureka Springs called the Ozark News, Features and Pictures Syndicate where she wrote fiction and news features and he composed poems and travelogues.
