The records consist of two scrapbooks with yearbooks, programs, newspaper clippings, and photographs. They also contain the National Federation of Music Clubs' publications and letters, yearbooks of Monticello Melody Club (1936-1937), Monticello Music Club (1936-1937), and Pine Bluff Musical Coterie (1937-1938), and other papers.

Scope and Content Note The records include scrapbooks, pressbooks, minutes, and other records of the club. Also included are some correspondence, awards, material collected for the club's study of contemporary literature, publications of the state and national Federation of Women's Clubs, and early accession registers of the Warren Public Library.
