Content Description The collection consists of the correspondence of William Albert Brewster, Jr., primarily letters written to his mother (Annie Brewster) and sister (Dorothy Lee Brewster) of Ruston, Louisiana, while Brewster was stationed at Camp Neil Martin (University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Arkansas) and at Fort Chaffee (Fort Smith, Arkansas) during World War II. Also included is a letter from one of Brewster's hallmates at the University of Arkansas, William Howard, to Brewster's sister Dorothy. ...
